While we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

Return conditions
The cost of returning the merchandise is at the buyers' expense. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. As soon as the merchandise is returned, I will inform you of the condition of your product and your request for exchange or refund. If the product is in its original condition, your request will be processed as soon as possible.
You are responsible for choosing insurance protection for the loss or theft of your package. Any package lost or sent to the wrong return address is your responsibility.

Return of purchase with gift card
The return of merchandise made with a gift card will be processed exclusively with a store credit. This credit note can be applied to a future online purchase.
Please note that gift cards and credit notes are considered cash. Therefore, they are not redeemable for cash. Their value is issued in Canadian dollars. They have no expiration date.
Error on the shipping address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid address. Please verify the accuracy of your address before making your purchase. We are not responsible if you make a mistake in your postal information.
After placing an order, if you notice that your address was incorrect, please send me a message as soon as possible at info@sybiline.com to inform me. If the package has already been sent, you will unfortunately have to pay the return and reshipping costs to the correct address. I will not reship it for free.
If the item is lost, damaged or never returns in order to reship it to you, I will unfortunately not refund your costs.
The order will not be refunded if you decide to cancel and the package has already been shipped.
Cancellation of the order
I accept cancellations when they are made before they are processed. Send me an email as soon as possible at info@sybiline.com. Any order that has been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund method
You must have your proof of your online purchase for any refund.
This will be done via the original payment method when you made your purchase.
Shipping
Once your order is completed and paid, I promise to send your package within 1 to 3 business days.
The shipping days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
I put every effort to ensure that your package arrives within the estimated time but I am not responsible for delays caused by the carriers themselves. Outside Canada, I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Customs and import tax
Any customs and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the buyers. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping costs
Quebec and Ontario:
The fixed fee for deliveries is $14, regardless of the number of items ordered.
However, enjoy free shipping on purchases of $150 or more!
